At Ripon EV, we aim to deliver your electric vehicle charging products quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer secure UK-wide delivery with trusted courier partners.
Standard Delivery (2–4 business days)

Available for all EV chargers, accessories, and components.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Express Delivery (1–2 business days)

Optional upgrade for urgent orders.

Calculated at checkout (where available).
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, delivery address, and chosen shipping method.

Some promotions may offer free UK shipping on selected products.
Delivery Areas

We ship to all UK Mainland locations.

Shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man may incur additional charges.
Order Tracking
All dispatched orders come with tracking information.
You can track your parcel using the link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed:

The courier will leave a card or send a notification with re-delivery instructions.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to arrange a re-delivery or collection.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging your items securely.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the damage (if applicable).

We will arrange a replacement or solution promptly.
Pre-Orders & Backorders

Any items marked as pre-order or out of stock will display estimated shipping times on the product page.

Orders containing a mix of in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately.
Installation Purchases
If you are purchasing supply + installation:

Your EV charger may be shipped directly to your installer.

Your assigned Ripon EV Certified Installer will contact you to arrange installation dates.
